These Terms of Service govern the use of the reservation-based transportation and charter services provided by Sakurakou Co., Ltd. (“the Company”). 

By using the services, users agree to these terms.

1. Services

The Company provides pre-booked transfer and charter services for visitors to Japan. Details are described on the official website.

2. Fees & Payment

Fees are shown on the website. Payments may be made by credit card, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or other designated methods. The Company does not store card information.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

o More than 48 hours before service start: full refund.

o Between 24 and 48 hours before service start: 50% refund.

o Within 24 hours before service start: no refund.

4. Liability

The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by force majeure or reasons beyond its control.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
